How to Redeem Your Digital Tickets?

Step 1 – Check Your Email

Look for an e-mail from [email protected] with the subject: “Você recebeu ingressos de Bookers International / Bookers Brazil para Carnaval RJ 2025.”

Step 2 – Access Your Tickets

  • Open the e-mail and click “Ver Ingressos” to go to Ticketmaster Brazil, not your Original Ticketmaster account
  • Click on “Aceitar Ingressos
  • Log in or create an account using the same email registered with Bookers
  • After logging into your Ticketmaster Brazil Account, click on “Enviar”

For security reasons, screenshots are not allowed. Your QR code is dynamic and refreshes every 15 seconds. This prevents fraud and ensures only valid tickets are used for entry.

6. What should I do if I need help to redeem my tickets?

7. I got digital tickets. How do I get my Metro Passes and Bookers T-shirts?

Visit Bookers Hospitality Desk located in Copacabana, open from February 24th through March 8th, 9 AM–9 PM local time.

8. How do I recognize and use the Rio Carnaval Angels assistance?

The Rio Carnival Angels are available to assist all carnival goers, regardless of where they purchased their ticket package. They will be delighted to help you with any questions or information related to Rio Carnival 2025.

9. What if I don’t get any email until the Parade Date?

10. What if I have an old cell phone and do not have enough memory to download Quentro?

The Quentro app is designed to manage e-tickets, digital IDs, and bookings. Its download size varies depending on the platform and version:

  • iOS Devices: The app is approximately 67.3 MB in size.
  • Android Devices: The app’s size ranges from around 62 MB to 106.5 MB.

11. I do not have a cell phone, nor am I internet savvy. Can I have my tickets switched to paper tickets?

All Grandstands and Allocated Chairs are now digital. Please contact us in case you are unable to retrieve your tickets to Quentro app Digital Wallet.

15. How many times can my ticket be transferred?

Quentro’s Ticketmaster allows you to transfer your ticket once. If you booked multiple tickets, you may transfer them individually to friends and family, but they will no longer be transferable further.

16. Can another person go to the Hospitality Desk to get help redeeming my tickets?

No, unfortunately, only the person who made the ticket order will be able to redeem the tickets.

17. Will my Allocated Chair be marked on the ticket inside Quentro?

Yes, the allocated chair row and number will be displayed on the ticket inside the Quentro Digital Wallet.
